Dragana is Project Manager in EdTech Center Western Balkans since 2022. She is a highly skilled professional with expertise in digital education and inclusion. With a focus on leveraging technology to drive positive change in education in Serbia.

She has played a vital role in promoting inclusive education and digital accessibility in Serbia and region. She has collaborated with stakeholders and designed inclusive policy programs, including capacity building trainings and grants. She has also supported the implementation of assistive technology and digital inclusion solutions, ensuring that individuals with diverse needs can fully participate in educational opportunities. In her role as an Education Coordinator in Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Unit of the Government of Serbia (2016-2021), Dragana has demonstrated a deep understanding of inclusive education and human capital development. She has collaborated closely with line ministries, government agencies, international organizations, and NGOs to design and manage inclusive policy and practice programs. She has also played a vital role in promoting digital accessibility solutions and assistive technology use, ensuring that individuals with diverse needs can fully participate in educational opportunities.

As an Associate for Inclusive Education in the Ministry of Education of Serbia (2015-2016), Dragana has contributed significantly to the implementation of legislation and policies promoting social inclusion. She has supported the Ministry of Education in coordinating and implementing inclusive education policies, especially policies regarding digital inclusion, with a focus on continuous improvement at all levels of education.

In addition, Dragana has actively contributed to the European Agency for Special Needs and Inclusive Education (2018-2021) as the National Coordinator for Serbia, driving project coordination and increasing the visibility of EASNIE's work. She has also been involved in the development of conference programs, specifically focusing on inclusive education, and advocating for the use of new technologies to engage all students.

Dragana combines her extensive digital competence with a strong dedication to promoting inclusive education and positive change. She holds relevant educational qualifications or certifications, continuously staying up to date with the latest advancements in digital education. With a problem-solving mindset and a passion for leveraging technology, Dragana is an asset in driving digital transformation and fostering inclusive learning environments.
